Tasting Notes

Attractive picota cherry red colour with intense violet hues.
High medium intensity where the Tinta de Toro variety expresses its maximum character. Shades of dark chocolate and roasted. It has a slight mineral nuance. Very young black and red fruit (blackberry, blueberry). Soft wood on the nose, little present, but adds complexity. A slight balsamic liquorice finish.
Fruity wine with great sweetness, a slight sweet tannin in the mouth that gives it roundness is marked, its great freshness is appreciated in retronasal enhancing its youth, long finish where the aging tones in wood predominate.
