Categories: , This premium artisanal acorn Iberian chorizo comes from Iberian pigs reared in small farms, and fattened naturally on acorns of the area. It has been cured for 8 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Following the traditional Zamoran recipe it has been seasoned with pimentón de la Vera PDO, garlic and salt. This chorizo has all the richness you would expect from this icon of Spanish cuisine with the added depth and nuttiness of the true original article.

Ingredients

Acorn-fed Iberian pork meat and fat, Pimentón de La Vera (smoked paprika), garlic, salt, diphosphate E-450 I, II, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, dextrose, dextrin, sugar, ascorbic acid, lactose and natural casing.

Presentation

Whole pieces between 1Kg and 1.2 Kg.

Storage Care

Keep refrigerated between 0° and 5°C.
Serve at room temperature.
