Categories: , This premium artisanal acorn Iberian salchichón comes from Iberian pigs reared in small farms, and fattened naturally on acorns of the area. It has been cured for 8 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Subtly seasoned with salt, garlic, black pepercorns and spices this delicious sausage has a delicate and sweet flavour balanced with a natural, nuttiness derived from the Iberian acorns which give it its distinctive character.

Ingredients

Acorn-fed Iberian pork meat and fat, spices, salt, dextrose, dextrin, diphosphates and polyphosphates, sodium citrate, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate and natural casing.

Presentation

Whole pieces between 1Kg and 1.2 Kg.
