with raw milk from Churra and Castilian sheep bred in Zamora giving it a unique and characteristic flavour and texture.
Characteristics
Light yellow paste, firm and with some eyes. Intense smell and lactic flavours, with the aroma of fresh milk and creamy on the palate.
