This jelly is made only with extra virgin olive oil of the manzanilla variety harvested in the heart of the Arribes del Duero natural park (declared a biosphere reserve).

It is ideal to enjoy with toast, all kinds of cheeses, patés, meat or fish sauces, salads, as well as in desserts, yogurts, toppings for cakes and sponge cakes.

This product holds the Meseta Ibérica Biosphere Reserve limited production guarantee.
