Cheese with Iberico Lard applied to its rind, made with raw ewe’s milk and matured in the cellar for a minimum of 12 months, providing a distinct flavour and a much creamier texture. The scent and taste penetrates the paste more intensely, giving it a unique personality.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
