This vintage cheese is aged for more than 12 months in the cellar, and has been refined with oregano. The oregano flavour penetrates completely inside the cheese, providing a unique and characteristic taste.

The use in food of this aromatic and refreshing herb dates back to the times of the Egyptians, who among other properties, attributed aphrodisiac virtues to it. Oregano has significant digestive, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and respiratory benefits. It is also one of the plants with more antioxidants.
