This vintage cheese made with selected raw ewe’s milk has been aged for more than 12 months and refined with Iberian lard and brandy.
The lard infuses the cheese, resulting in a more buttery texture and a more sweet taste, in short, a unique personality for cheese lovers.
It is vacuum packed, so that the aroma and flavour penetrate more intensely inside, giving it a unique personality.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
