Made with raw ewe’s milk, hot chilli is then added to the curd, giving it a spectacular flavour as well as a totally different cut. This cheese is created for lovers of spice but with a maturation time between 3 and 5 months its balanced flavour will be enjoyed by all.


Ingredients

Raw ewe's MILK, natural rennet, LACTIC FERMENTS, lysozyme (derived from EGG), E-252 preservative, hot chilli and salt. Natural rind.

Presentation

Whole pieces 3.2Kg approx.
Wedges 250g.

Storage Care

Store in a cool, dry place.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
