Made with raw ewe’s milk, hot chilli is then added to the curd, giving it a spectacular flavour as well as a totally different cut. This cheese is created for lovers of spice but with a maturation time between 3 and 5 months its balanced flavour will be enjoyed by all.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
