Roasted Lamb Shoulder
HOW TO USE
1. Take the tray out of the oven and preheat the oven to 220ºC.
2. Meanwhile, remove the leg from the packaging and place it on the oven tray.
3. Once the oven has reached 220ºC, insert the oven tray with the product on the middle shelf and heat for 18 minutes.
4. While the lamb leg is heating, pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat on the hob.
To keep the roast crispy, pour the sauce onto the plate, never on the roast.

Shelf life: 40 days under refrigerated vacuum
Once opened, consume within 48 hours.
