Categories: , This premium artisanal acorn Iberian salchichón comes from Iberian pigs reared in small farms, and fattened naturally on acorns of the area. It has been cured for 8 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Subtly seasoned with salt, garlic, black pepercorns and spices this delicious sausage has a delicate and sweet flavour balanced with a natural, nuttiness derived from the Iberian acorns which give it its distinctive character. Sliced ready for you to enjoy.
