Categories: , This delicious artisanal loin comes from pigs reared in small farms, and fattened on cereals and legumes. It has been cured for 6 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. This unique cut is taken from an entire piece of the lower back of the animal. It has been marinated with pimentón de la Vera PDO, herbs, spices and salt. It has a distinctive and fragrant aroma with a peppery and smoky taste.

Pork loin, pimentón (smoked paprika), oregano, salt, dextrose, dextrin, milk protein, milk powder, spices, sugar, antioxidant (E-301, E-331), preservatives (E-250, E-252), fibril type casing, and oil.


Whole pieces of loin between 1.7Kg and 2.2Kg or pieces of 600g.

Storage Care

Keep refrigerated between 0° and 5°C.
Serve at room temperature.
