Categories: , This top quality artisanal chorizo comes from pigs reared in small farms, and fattened on grain and natural fodder. It has been cured for 3 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Following the traditional Zamoran recipe it has been seasoned with pimentón de la Vera PDO, garlic and salt.
