We have selected some of the best cheeses of this land of shepherds, and of artisan producers, who preserve the traditional ways of making cheese with raw milk. Our cheeses are complex in flavour and preserve the taste of their place of origin: powerful and aromatic, the Zamorano PDO cheese has a spicy and nutty finish; the Blue Cabrales PDO from the mountains of Asturias is perfect for lovers of strong taste; the multi-award-winning La Antigua 70 Cremoso is made with vegetable rennet, a seductive vegetarian treat which can be eaten with a spoon; specialities such as our luxurious Tartufo which is made with white truffle from Piedmont, and herbal affinage cheeses with rosemary.
