Categories: , This Iberian ham comes from Iberian pigs reared on small farms and fattened naturally on acorns of the area. It has been cured for 36 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park to confer the classic savoury aroma of Iberian ham along with a delectable mix of nutty and salty flavours which linger on the palate.

Storage Care

Keep in a cool dry place protected from the direct sunlight. The durability of the quality of our products is approximately six months following conservation tips. In very humid areas it is reduced to 30 days

Remove the mesh in which it is wrapped and placed it in a ham stand or hang it.

Save the first cut to serve as cover and prevent it from drying out.
