Ariane
£23.15each
Ariane is a traditional sparkling wine, made by the Champenoise method with 92% Verdejo grape variety and 8% Muscat small grain grapes.
After the initial fermentation, the bottles are placed on a riddling rack, for 10 months during a second and slower fermentation. The riddler rotates every bottle a few degrees which is an art in itself to ensure even distribution of the yeast which performs the second fermentation in the bottle.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow very bright. It produces a fine bubble forming multiple rosaries which end in beautiful sets of lace and in a persistent crown
Clean and powerful. Fresh, with fruity notes of green apple, zest of citrus and pineapple, touches of aromatic and balsamic herbs appear. It is an elegant wine with toasted nuances and nuts from its aging with fine lees
Fresh, intense, tasty mouth with a soft bitter finish that is due to the variety and its aging, but very harmonized with carbonic acidity. Excellent balance, long and persistent step
