Liberalia Cabeza de Cuba

£28.10each

Categories: , This cuvee is a vintner special selection which transports us into a world of multiple sensations. The aromas of the balsamic series are perceived vividly and clearly, intermingling with the memories of juniper resin and medicinal notes, such as candied ginger root zest. But what is most surprising, intimately linked into the tertiary series, is the surviving presence of a grape, providing notes of blackberry and black plum. This full-bodied wine has a slow and tasty passage on the palate, intertwining the presence of wood resin and grape tannins.

Tasting Notes

An intense and luminous cherry against a deep background with vermillion sparkles on the surface.
Transports us to the world of multiple sensations, given its great complexity. In a vivid and clear way, the aromas of the balsamic series are perceived, intermingling with the memories of juniper resin and medicinal notes, such as candied ginger root zest. But what is most surprising is the living presence of grape intimately linked to the tertiary series, providing notes of blackberry and black plum.
The nose is completed with a bulky mouth as a whole, with intertwined presence of grape tannins and wood resin, which produces a slow and tasty step on it.
