Liberalia Cero
£19.75each
Young red wine fermented in new American oak barrels in which malolactic fermentation also takes place. This elaboration system allows the wine to further improve in the bottle for a few months and it becomes suitable for consumption within two to three years.
It is made exclusively with Tinta de Toro grapes grown in 30 year old vineyards.

Tasting Notes
It presents an elegant and polished youthfulness.
Aromas of assembled wild fruits (blackberry, blackberry, redcurrant and cassis) with attractive wooden notes (roasted spices and roasted). A symphony in perfect balance.
It is powerful but soft, with its elements melted in harmony. Persistent and with an acidity at its right point.
