Tasting Notes
Harmony is the characteristic of this wine: garnet coloured and fine-laden, together with a density present when agitated.
A multitude of sensations unfold in the nose, both for their high intensity, and for their quality. Earthiness, combining the spicy notes of the tertiary series, by the passage of wine in oak barrels (clove, licorice and fine memories of bitter cocoa), with others from the lactic series and patisserie, betraying the presence of new oak.
Its mouth has an unctuous entrance, which unites the sensations that the domesticated sweet tannins give in the bottle. All this is structured in endless tactile sensations that awaken the rest of the senses.
