Liberalia Pajarita Rosé is the result of a perfect union of Verdejo and Tinta de Toro grape varieties. This rosé wine has the elegance, freshness and volume from the Verdejo white variety and the strengh, power and sweetness from Tinta de Toro.

A fast and cold pressing of these two great varieties, results in a must with an attractive pink color.

This wine is fermented at low temperature. It is protected throughout its fermentation process from oxygen, working in an inert atmosphere. The result of all this work is a light rose wine but with strength and intensity. With fresh, powerful and elegant aromas that remind us of red fruit, white flowers and a mineral finish. The palate is sweet, with freshness and a very aromatic and persistent finish.
