Categories: , This top quality artisanal chorizo comes from pigs reared in small farms, and fattened on grain and natural fodder. It has been cured for 4 months in the shadow of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Seasoned with pimentón de la Vera PDO, garlic and salt this chorizo has all the richness you would expect from this icon of Spanish cuisine. A Spanish staple which no gastronome's store cupboard should be without.
