Enjoy a tasty and crispy traditional roast in half the time, with the Easyroast range; made only with natural ingredients. The Easyroast is clean, easy and delicious: it is cooked in its own container to keep the juices of the piece and not to dirty the oven. Moreover, its original cooking system allows the container to be opened automatically before finishing the roast to achieve a crunchy finish.
HOW TO USE
1. Take the tray out of the oven and preheat the oven to 220ºC. (Use double resistance, never grill)
2. Meanwhile, remove the outer packaging and place the Easy Roast in its cooking bag, sticker side up, on the oven tray (then remove the sticker)
3. Once the oven has reached 220ºC, place the oven tray with the Easy Roast on the middle shelf. Halfway through cooking the cooking bag will open to allow for the meat to brown.
4. After 50 minutes, take the tray out of the oven and remove the Easy Roast from the cooking bag being careful not to burn yourself. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat on the hob.
CHEF’S TIP
To keep the roast crispy, pour the sauce onto the plate, never on the roast.
