Rosemary refined cheese is one of the most traditional cheeses of our gastronomy. This cheese is made with raw ewe’s milk and matured in the cellar for a minimum of 12 months.
The rosemary applied to the rind of La Antigua vintage cheese penetrates little by little, allowing the product to acquire all the distinctive flavour of this aromatic herb.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
