This vintage cheese made with selected raw ewe’s milk has been aged for more than 12 months and refined with the skin of Tempranillo grapes. The production, limited to the time of the harvest, makes this ewe’s cheese one of the most demanded and appreciated by expert cheese-loving palates.

There is not and will not be a better combination than a good cheese with a good wine, especially if they are from the same land. The best combination in a single bite.
