This cheese is made with natural ingredients and brings with it all of the flavours of a Mediterranean spring. A mixture of aromatic herbs are added to our raw ewe’s milk giving rise to a delicate taste and extraordinary smell. This unique cheese is then matured for approximately 4 months.
Herbes Provençale are widely used in the kitchen, thanks to the perfect combination of herbs including rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil and marjoram; a Mediterranean incantation with a strong and luxurious aroma. This cheese will not go unnoticed.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
