This young ewe’s milk cheese has a maturation time between 7 and 35 days and a 100% natural rind. It is made with pasteurised milk and suitable for pregnant women.
The characteristic acid flavour of wild berries, together with the taste of fresh ewe’s milk, will surprise you. You will find, in addition to the characteristic colour of this cheese, small pieces of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
