with raw milk from Churra and Castilian sheep bred in Zamora giving it a unique and characteristic flavour and texture.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Hard rind, pale brown coloured, well marked and defined mould soaked with olive oil during its maturation. The mass is firm and compact, and it may present small eyes, evenly distributed throughout it. It shows yellowish ivory colour. It has genuine aromas and flavours, characteristic of ewe’s raw milk, well developed, persistent on the palate and very intense. You can truly appreciate smelling and tasting features in which lactic flavours as floral aromas (honey, rose, violet …), fruity (hazelnut, walnut, chesnut, orange), etc.

Churra and Castilian ewe's raw MILK, LACTIC FERMENTS, natural rennet and salt. Natural rind. May contain traces of EGG.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
