We source from a small-scale community of artisanal producers all working in the idyllic, rural region of Zamora. These producers use time-honoured methods and draw on a long and proud gastronomic tradition. The ingredients they work with have a particular magic, drawn from the pure, unspoilt environment of this special area of north west Spain and it is this environment which is the secret behind the unique quality of the products we bring to you.
